This set includes Gadget himself, Penny, Brain and Chief Quimby! Gadget is posable at arms, shoulders, neck and knees, and comes with lots of accessories for his crazy mechanical parts. Penny, Brain and Chief Quimby are non-posable, although Penny has interchangeable facial expressions, as well as interchangeable arms and accessories; Brain has a sombrero, moustache and serape as a disguise!
